12.1 "G and J Hayward", Wheelrights and Coachbuilders, commenced trading in Queen Street, Haverhill, in 1867. We became one of the UK's first automobile dealers in the early nineteen-twenties, and relocated to Cambridge in the nineteen-thirties. Haywards Garage (Cambridge) was established in 1933 and incorporated as a Limited Company in 1961.
12.2 Today, we are registered at Companies House as HAYWARDS GIRTON GARAGE LIMITED, company registration number 0705690. Our primary activity is the sale and servicing of motor vehicles. We operate from a single site at our registered address, Haywards Girton Garage, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, CB3 0LQ, England.
12.2 Today, we are registered at Companies House as HAYWARDS GIRTON GARAGE LIMITED, company registration number 0705690. Our primary activity is the sale and servicing of motor vehicles. We operate from a single site at our registered address, Haywards Girton Garage, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, CB3 0LQ, England.
12.3 We operate only from the above premises in Girton and have no financial, legal or operational connection with any other motorcycle or car dealer in the area.
12.4 We also trade under the business names of "HAYWARDS OF CAMBRIDGE" and "HAYWARDS". In cyberspace, we own and can be identified by our registered domain names of www.haywards.co.uk and www.haywardsofcambridge.com.

14.0 Your Website Transactions with us
14.1 Our main website, www.haywards.co.uk, incorporates an online shop from where products can be purchased and paid for online using a Paypal Express Checkout.

15.0 Test Rides and Loan Vehicles
15.1 When you try a demonstrator or borrow a loan bike, we will ask you to complete a simple form asking for your name, address and driving licence number. This form will be stored securely for 90 days and then destroyed.
15.2 We specifically do not use this form for "data gathering" or marketing purposes. However, in the event of a traffic accident, insurance claim or road traffic offence, we are obliged by law to pass on your details to the authorities.

16.0 Buying a Vehicle
16.1 When you purchase a new vehicle from us we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth and contact telephone phone number. These personal details will be stored for six years (or more) on our computerised DMS ("Dealer Management System") and also passed to the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) to enable us to register and tax your new vehicle.
16.2 We will also advise the vehicle manufacturer (normally Royal Enfield UK, Yamaha UK, Herald UK, and/or Moto GB) of your name, address and vehicle details, for warranty purposes.
16.3 To process financial payments over the telephone we may need to temporarily note down your credit/debit card details, using pen and paper. We will not, under any circumstances, store your bank details on any manual or computerised system for later use. These details are kept confidential and shredded immediately after use.
16.4 For security and privacy reasons, we will not publish any images of you or your new bike on any of our websites, on social media or printed media, unless you specifically request otherwise.

18.0 Human Facial Recognition Software
18.1 Owing to dubious advances in digital recognition technology we do not, under any circumstances, take or upload photographs of staff, customers, visitors and their vehicles onto the Internet without obtaining prior permission.

You have the right to obtain from the data controller (Haywards Girton Garage Ltd) the erasure of personal data without undue delay, and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
